November 2014 saw changes to reinforce metering equipment commissioning processes. The modification placed commissioning obligations on the DNO and contractors to carry out these tests.

The energy industry recognised there were many TWh hours of incorrectly billed electricity and created the P283 document as a result to address it. Obligations were then placed on DNO's and meter operators to ensure this was addressed.

We offer this as a service to different connection providers and DNO's ensuring strict adherence to the enforcing documentation.

We are able to carry out investigations of CT metering installations providing a full report and rectification works, if required, at the main settlement meters.
